While speaking to Pinkvilla about this new phase of her life, Samantha – who announced her pregnancy during the promotions of Maa Inti Bangaaram, said, “It’s definitely new and exciting. But I’ve been waiting for this moment for a while now. I’ve always wanted to be a mother. So I know that I’ll be giving this my all.”

The ‘Theri’ actress continued, “I’ve always been passionate about everything in life. But now I feel I carry a different, new kind of strength and purpose in me. Sam’s Pregnancy

Rumours of Samantha being pregnant first made headlines when fans noticed what appeared to be a baby bump during the promotions of Maa Inti Bangaaram. A while later, Samantha confirmed the news and officially announced her pregnancy at the film’s success meet. During this event, she also revealed that she would be taking a brief maternity break after completing all her current commitments. This will be Samantha’s first child.
