Salman Khan Working On Maatrubhumi

Meanwhile, Salman Khan remains busy with his upcoming war drama Maatrubhumi, earlier titled Battle of Galwan. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film also stars Chitrangada Singh as the leading lady.

According to reports, the team has been reshooting portions of the film in Mumbai since February 2026, with an extended 40-day schedule planned. The revised shoot reportedly includes new sequences to reshape the narrative. Interestingly, the makers are also adding a Chinese-language song, composed by Himesh Reshammiya, which will feature Salman once it is finalised and recorded.

With Nayanthara now officially joining the project, the Salman Khan–Vamshi Paidipally film has gained even more momentum. Add to that Salman’s packed slate with Maatrubhumi, and fans have plenty to look forward to as the superstar gears up for another big-screen spectacle.
