Neena Gupta DISMISSES Pregnancy Claims

Neena Gupta clarified to Bollywood Hungama, “This is all I need—a real-life Badhaai Ho…There’s no Badhaai Ho film on late-age pregnancy starring me. I am not pregnant. The truth is, the saree material was thick, which made me look bulky at the event… But I must say, I enjoy all this speculation about my pregnancy at my age. It shows we are evolving as a nation.”

The actress explained that her outfit was responsible for the confusion. She mentioned that the thick fabric of her saree created the illusion of a baby bump. Over the years, Gupta has been open about her personal life, including raising her daughter, Masaba Gupta, as a single mother before later marrying chartered accountant Vivek Mehra.

Known for her candour, Neena Gupta has shared insights into her personal life since the 1980s, including her past relationship with former West Indies cricketer Viv Richards. Her decision to raise Masaba alone garnered widespread public attention at the time. The mother-daughter duo have been in talks since the series, Masaba Masaba. They have often been seen collaborating on projects.
