Neeti Mohan – Nihaar Pandya’s wedding reception postponed due to her father’s ill health

Neeti Mohan and Nihaar Pandya got hitched on February 15. It was a grand wedding in Hyderabad in the presence of their families and friends. But their wedding reception has been postponed as Neeti’s father Brij Mohan Sharma is not well. He has been admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad and is currently in ICU under observation.

A grand function was supposed to take place at Hyderabad’s Four Seasons Hotel where many Bollywood stars were also expected to grace the event. Unfortunately, now it has been called off. Mukti, Neeti’s sister said in a statement to Hindustan Times, “Dad cannot take too much physical stress, so we had kept him in the hotel room. He was not to be seen at the mandap and people freaked out. We had called the doctors to the hotel room and they suggested that he should be shifted to the hospital.”

She further said, “Actually, a year and half ago, Dad had become very serious owing to some exertion. Since then, we have been very careful when it comes to any hectic schedule.”

The family celebrated the pre-wedding ceremonies with full fervour. The Mohan sisters even had a pre-bridal photoshoot and the photos went viral on the internet. On Valentine’s Day, the couple had a mehendi ceremony and both posted an adorable picture on their Instagram handle.

We wish for the speedy recovery of Brij Mohan Sharma and hope that he is a part of his daughter’s wedding reception.
