Nishaanchi Fame Aaishvary Thackeray To Play Antagonist In Ahaan Panday-Sharvari’s Next With Abbas Zafar- Report

Aaishvary Thackeray and Ahaan Panday are set to star opposite each other in Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming film, produced under the YRF banner. While Anurag Kashyap’s Nishaanchi may not have made a lasting impact at the box office, it did elevate its debutant hero, Aaishvary Thackeray, who garnered praise for his dual role in the action film. Notably, his performance caught the attention of industry insiders, leading to his casting as the antagonist in Yash Raj Films’ next project, a high-octane action romance featuring Ahaan Panday and Sharvari in lead roles.

Aaishvary Thackeray To Play Villain In Ahaan Panday-Sharvari Led Film

This will be the first project for both young actors since their respective debuts—Ahaan with Saiyaara and Aaishvary with Nishaanchi. In the new film, they will face off in an intense showdown, promising a fiery clash on screen. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is expected to begin production soon.

“Ali Abbas Zafar is renowned for directing blockbuster hits like Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. With his expertise, we can anticipate a spectacular and adrenaline-pumping confrontation between Ahaan and Aaishvary. The film promises a grand scale, blending romance with explosive action that will leave audiences in awe,” a trade source shared with HT City.

Details about the project remain scarce, aside from the star cast and the director’s involvement. It is described as an action film centred around a romantic storyline, with sources indicating that despite the relatively young cast, the production will be large-scale with a substantial budget.

Ahaan-Aaishvary’s Bollywood Debuts

Ahaan Panday made a remarkable debut with Saiyaara, one of the highest-grossing Indian films this year and the top romantic film in Indian cinema history. Since its release, he has become an overnight sensation. Similarly, Aaishvary Thackeray received acclaim for his role in Nishaanchi, which premiered in theatres in September and was subsequently released on Amazon Prime Video last week.
