It’s official! Priyanka Chopra to romance Salman Khan after 10 years
Superstar Salman Khan‘s next film ‘Bharat’ has gone on floor. The director Ali Abbas Zafar had recently shared a picture from the shoot.

We have some good news for fans, the Khan will be romancing his ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’, ‘Salaam-e-Ishq’ and ‘God Tussi Great Ho’ co-star once again. The two are coming together for Bharat that is a remake of the South Korean film, Ode to my Father. .
Reportedly, the director Ali Abbas Zafar and Priyanka both have confirmed the news that the ‘Quantico’ star has given her nod to ‘Bharat’ and will start shooting in July this year. .
Speaking to Mumbai Mirror Zafar confirming the news said, “Bharat is Priyanka’s homecoming to Bollywood after having proved herself as a performer in a global TV show, Quantico, and in Hollywood. Bharat is rooted in India and its culture, spans over seven decades and travels across the world. Priyanka is the biggest Indian artist globally today and a perfect fit for the film as she brings to the table her incredible talent and international appeal. Bharat is a mature, subtle love story and her character is the soul of the film. Priyanka also confirmed and released a statement saying: “I’m looking forward to working with Salman and Ali after a considerable time. I’ve learnt a lot from them during our previous collaborations and I am excited to see what this one has to offer. I’m also looking forward to working with Atul, Alvira and the entire team. To all my well-wishers who have been patient and supportive, Thank You for your constant support and I’ll see you at the movies.”
Salman will be sporting five different looks for ‘Bharat’ as the story is set over a period spanning sixty years. It will release on Eid in 2019.

Actress Deepika Padukone, who is basking in the success of her blockbuster hit film ‘Padmaavat’ will now be getting her statue at the prestigious Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London. Deepika’s film ‘Padmaavat’ became the first woman-led film to cross 300 crores at the Indian box office.
Now, the actress is all set to have her wax statue at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Deepika Padukone had gone live on her Facebook announcing the good news to her fans and followers. Here we bring you a few pictures of the leggy beauty, who is all excited to give her measurements for the wax statue.
During the live interaction, Deepika was asked about her reaction when she got a call and was informed about her wax statute, to which she replied,”I felt very excited because the only time I visited the Madame Tussauds was in London when I was very little, with my parents. That memory has sort of stayed with me obviously, and then to receive a letter to be a part of that and to actually experience what goes into making these wax figures. I think Madame Tussauds is iconic in so many ways, you know it actually feels great to be a part of that.”
In London, Deepika will be placed in the A-list section of the attraction with actors like Angelina Jolie and others. Speaking about it Deepika shared, “On a serious note I think that everyone who does make it to the Madame Tussaud’s, or who has in the past, is an achiever in some way, and I think just to be part of this legacy is exciting enough, I am just looking forward to the experience.”
Deepika recently also emerged to be the only Indian actress to feature in TIME 100 Influential People of 2018 List. She also featured in Variety’s International Women’s Impact Report 2018.

After Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar has kicked off Sonali Bose’s much-awaited film ‘The Sky Is Pink‘. Sonali Bose’s film is based on the life of late Aisha Chaudhary, a girl who suffered from pulmonary fibrosis when she was 13 years old. Irrespective of her illness, she became a motivational speaker and author of a book titled ‘My Little Epiphanies’. However, she could not fight for long with her illness and passed away at the age of 19 on January 24, 2018.
The role of Aisha will be played by none other than ‘Dangal’ girl Zaira Wasim whereas Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar will be playing the role of her parents in the film. Zaira and Priyanka had started attending workshops with Shonali a few weeks earlier and now it’s Farhan Akhtar, who is prepping for his role.
Farhan took to Instagram to share a draft copy of the film. Farhan’s caption reads as, “It all starts here. Thank You #ShonaliBose for trusting me with this beautiful story. #fromtheheart.”
