Orry Appears Before Mumbai Police In Rs 252 Cr Dr*g Case; Avoids Interacting With Paps- Watch

Orry drew widespread attention on Wednesday as he arrived for questioning in the Rs 252-crore dr*gs case in Mumbai. Influencer and content creator Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, was recently summoned by the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Mumbai Police in connection with the case. After initially requesting additional time to present himself, the social media personality finally appeared before investigators this week for questioning.

His arrival on Wednesday was marked by a large crowd gathering outside the office, with numerous videos capturing the moment circulating on social media. As Orry approached for questioning, he was seen being mobbed by fans and paparazzi eager to capture photos and videos. Despite the chaos, he moved through the crowd quietly, avoiding posing for photos or making statements to the media.

Multiple images show Orry being closely escorted through the dense crowd, with cameras and microphones pointed in his direction. He was dressed in a brown patterned shirt and wore glasses. Notably, actor Shraddha Kapoor’s brother Siddhanth also appeared before the Anti-Narcotics Cell earlier this week in relation to the same case.

About The Case

Earlier this month, Orry was summoned for questioning after allegations made by alleged drug trafficker Mohammad Salim Mohammad Suhail Shaikh, who was recently deported from Dubai and has purported links to the Dawood Ibrahim gang. During interrogation, Shaikh claimed to have organized lavish parties in Dubai and Mumbai attended by several high-profile individuals, including Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor, Siddhant Kapoor, filmmakers Abbas–Mustan, rapper Loka, Orry, and NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique.

On November 21, it was reported that Orry had requested more time to appear before authorities. His representative appeared before the ANC on Thursday, informing police that Orry was out of the city and would be available to cooperate after November 25, according to a police officer familiar with the case.

Orry has not issued any public comments regarding the summons.
