Pankaj Tripathi’s Brother Brijendra Nath Tiwari Attacked With Sharp-Weapon

A video posted by IANS shows Bijendra arriving at the hospital, with the agency reporting, “Bijendra Nath Tiwari sustained critical injuries in a sharp-weapon attack linked to an old dispute. He was shifted to Patna for advanced treatment, while police formed a special team and launched raids to apprehend the accused.”

As per Navbharat Times, the attack on the brother of Pankaj Tripathi occurred in Belsand village under Madhopur police jurisdiction. The report states that Bijendra was targeted over a long-standing feud, with assailants lying in wait and attacking him with sharp weapons. The assault left him with severe injuries, prompting family members to rush him to Model Sadar Hospital. Doctors described his condition as “extremely critical,” leading to his referral to Patna for further care. A special police team has been formed to identify and arrest those responsible for the attack.
