Rahul Dev bags a role in Arjun Kapoor-starrer ‘Mubarakan’ on Salman Khan’s recommendation

Looks like actor Rahul Dev’s ‘Bigg Boss 10‘ is proving to be quite successful for him as he has now grabbed a prominent role in Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor starrer ‘Mubarakan’.

And let us tell you that it was after show’s host Salman Khan’s recommendation to the makers that Rahul was zeroed in for the role. Rahul was quoted saying, “God has been kind. I was sceptical about doing Bigg Boss but it was good, the show’s host supported me, he said on national TV that we should work together in the future. I have got Mubarakan, after he put in a word about me to the makers. I will soon be off to London to shoot for the film. It is a beautiful role. Also, I am doing my first fiction show. Salman Khan has been very generous to a number of his ‘Bigg Boss’ contestants in the past as well. He has helped Armaan Kohli to get a role in his film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ and had also aided Sana Khan to make her mark in Bollywood.

Rahul will also be a part of a TV fiction series, ‘Dil Bole Oberoi’, on Star Plus, which will seen him as an antagonist.
