Now, in an interview with Zoom TV, Rajkummar opened up about his career and choices. Rajkummar was asked about whether he would be open to doing a masala entertainers like Ranveer Singh’s ‘Simmba’ and the ‘Shahid’ actor said, “Ya, I would love to be a part of such films which has a story. I am very open to it. I am open to all kinds of stories. I want to do a film which are you know, larger than life but the story has to be there. You can’t compromise the story. It can’t be just dancing around the trees and nothing else.”

Rajkummar Rao in his career has developed an image of doing intense roles. But off the screen, he is a very chilled out guy.

Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer ‘Simmba’ has become a smashing hit at the box-office. The Rohit Shetty directorial is a massy and a masala entertainer. Ranveer Singh currently is going through a purple patch in his life and is enjoying all the success.

On the work front, Rajkummar Rao’s ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Aisa Laga’ released yesterday (February 1). This feature film also stars Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla in lead roles. ‘ELKDTAL’ deals with a controversial topic of same-sex relationship.
