According to a report by SpotboyE, Rakesh Roshan is immensely proud of the two actors Hrithik and Tiger Shroff for ‘War’ as he says that the movie has hit the bullseye. He said, “It is a very proud moment. I congratulate the entire YRF team to have hit the bull’s eye. War is a super entertainer.

‘War’ has broken all major records in the history of Hindi cinema on day 1 by collecting Rs 53.35 crore net.

The movie has broken 8 records so far with its first-day opening. Earlier in a statement to the media, Hrithik had expressed his gratitude towards the audience. He had written, “It is an incredible response to our hard work and I’m truly grateful to the audiences for loving our film. When we decided to make War, we were clear that we were attempting to do something that has never been done in Indian cinema and we went all out to make it happen. So, it’s hugely validating to see the fantastic response of the people enjoying our action entertainer in the theatres. As an actor, you live and thrive for such moments and I’m truly blessed that our film is getting such overwhelming love.

Apart from Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, ‘War’ also stars Vaani Kapoor. Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj Films, the movie had hit the screens on October 2.
