The teaser for War 2 was unveiled on Tuesday, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a picture of Kiara Advani in a bikini from the clip, accompanied by a provocative comment. Realising the negative attention, RGV removed his post from X.

His post, which read, “Instead of our countries and societies, if the war between Hrithik and Jr NTR is on who gets her b**k, then 2 will be a b**buster,” sparked widespread outrage on social media. Many users found his remarks inappropriate and indecent, leading him to delete the post amid the backlash.

Alongside the teaser release, RGV’s comments about Kiara drew significant criticism. Social media users expressed their disapproval, with one saying, “What the actual f***,” and another questioning, “And this is what he is uttering publicly… Can you imagine what he is like in private?” Others remarked, “He lost it many years ago” .“This man has gone to some pretty sleazy levels,” while one noted, “This is just RGV being his usual creepazoid self.”

Meanwhile, Kiara Advani expressed her excitement about War 2 on Tuesday. She shared her feelings through Instagram Stories, listing her “firsts” for the film. Her first YRF project, her first action film, working with two amazing heroes, her first collaboration with Ayan Mukerji, and her first bikini shot.
