Yet again, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding have hit the headlines and this time, they are stronger than ever. The latest reports state that the lovebirds are all set to tie the knot in April this year. Now, Ranbir’s aunt Rima Jain has finally spilled the beans on the actor’s April wedding with Alia Bhatt.

During an interview with Pinkvilla, Rima Jain denied Ranbir and Alia’s April wedding. “Nothing that I know of as yet. They will get married but I don’t know when. They will decide and then suddenly you’ll will all get to know,” she said.

Further, she added that the wedding is not happening in April. They have not even prepared anything yet. “It will be shocking for me also if it’s true. Wedding will definitely happen, but I don’t know when.”

Earlier, it a report in India Today stated Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor was recently spotted at ace designer Manish Malhotra’s store and even Manish was spotted in their house. The couple has even asked for free dates from their respective film shoots for the wedding. However, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are yet to react on their April wedding rumors.

Earlier, in an interview with India Today, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress had revealed her wedding plans and stated that in her head, she is already married to Ranbir. Recently, Alia and Ranbir were in Varanasi to complete the final schedule of their first film together Brahmastra.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranbir and Alia will be seen together for the first-time ever in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra which will also star Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni. It is set to be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada on 9 September 2022.
