Ranbir Kapoor picks bride Alia Bhatt in arms, runs away from paps after first public appearance- WATCH

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are keeping our timeline busy as they just dropped the first wedding photos and we can’t stop gushing over them. The couple got married in an intimate wedding on April 14 at Vastu with immediate family members in attendance. As Ranbir and Alia are married, they recently made their first public appearance, making our hearts aflutter. But guess what, something really funny happened when the newlyweds were posing for the paparazzi. As Ranbir and Alia were obliging the shutterbugs with photos and videos, Ranbir then picks his bride Alia in his arms and runs away from the paps. The moment is too cute for words. 

The moment has surely reminded us of the Tenu Main Leke Jaa song from the Salaam-E-Ishq movie. It was a pastel wedding for Alia and Ranbir. The Brahmastra couple were seen twinning and winning our hearts as they opted for ivory Sabyasachi creation. Alia looked beautiful as a bride with minimal makeup, a simple hairdo and a matching Kundan jewellery set. Whereas Ranbir looked every bit royal wearing a matching sherwani and turban with jewels attached to it.

Talking about Ranbir and Alia first wedding pics, Alia Bhatt penned a lovely note which read, “Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot – the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship – we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special.  Love, Ranbir and Alia”
