Rishi Kapoor

Senior actor Rishi Kapoor has been controversy’s favorite child thanks to his histrionics on Twitter. The actor has time and again expressed an aggressive stand on Twitter and has invited trouble his way. But, not one to take things to heart or be scared, the actor has continued exercising his innermost aggressive thoughts, ranting out loud and clear on Twitter. This time, he had the Twitterati fuming as he abused a woman by sending her a DM on Twitter.

So, let’s study what exactly transpired and led the actor to abuse the lady. It all started with politician Rahul Gandhi saying that India runs majorly on dynastic politics and the trend is seen across many different sectors and not just politics. He gave the example of actor Abhishek Bachchan stating that his career in films is proof to his claims.

This irked Senior Kapoor (who was nowhere in the picture) and he tweeted, “Rahul Gandhi. In the 106 years of Indian cinema of India, Kapoor’s contribution is 90 years. And each generation is chosen by public on merit.” [sic] In another tweet, he wrote, “So don’t bullshit people on “Dynasty” You have to earn people’s respect and love through hard work not zabardasti and gundagardi.” [sic] (Also Read: Strange! Post this, a Twitter user named Shivani Channan created a meme out of his statement which Kapoor didn’t take lightly and sent her a personal message saying, “F**k you b**ch.”

This was the final nail in the coffin as the lady took screenshot of his message and shared it on Twitter. It had people fuming over his behaviour, but the actor, chose not to apologise and instead tweeted, “Rubbish.I am seeing now tweets now abusing me I am no saint I will react in your own language. So shut your complaints. Tit for tat.” [sic]

His unapologetic tweet had the Twitterati fuming. Here are some tweets:

Well, all said and done, it’s so not cool to abuse a woman.
