On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off the second phase of the Covid-19 vaccination drive in the country by taking his dose of vaccine shot. Many prominent political leaders, including Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Health Minister Harsh Vardhan, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and others have already taken the vaccine. The second phase of the Covid-19 vaccination includes citizens above 60 years and those aged 45 or older with comorbidities. It started on March 1.

Actor Saif Ali Khan got the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine shot today. The 50-year-old actor was spotted coming out of the vaccine centre in BKC, Mumbai in a pair of beige pants and a blue short kurta with a red scarf wrapped around his face.

Earlier, actors like Kamal Haasan and Satish Shah also took their Covid-19 vaccine.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan recently welcomed their second child, a baby boy. He had released a joint statement post Kareena’s delivery. The statement read: “We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well-wishers for their love and support.” Saif and Kareena are yet to reveal the face of their son to their fans. Also, the name of their little one is yet to revealed.

On the professional front, Saif will be seen in Bunty Aur Babli 2, Bhoot Police and Adipurush.
