Now, a doctor from Lilavati Hospital has shared updates on the veteran filmmaker’s health.

Doctor Shares Health Update: Salim Khan Not In Critical Condition

Sharing an update, Dr Jalil Parkar of Lilavati Hospital stated, “Yesterday morning, he was admitted after being brought in by family doctor Sandeep Chopra. After administering some medication, we realised he needed ICU care. His blood pressure was high, so we treated him accordingly and placed him on a ventilator as a precaution to prevent deterioration. He was not in a critical condition.”

Further providing details, Dr Parkar explained, He was having jerks, and his blood pressure was high. We treated him. We had to put him on a ventilator so that he does not worsen. It wasn’t because he was critical. We did the investigations that were required. Today, we have done a small procedure on him. I will not go into its details. He is fine. He is stable.

The doctor concluded, “He has been shifted to the ICU. By tomorrow, he will be off the ventilator. He is doing quite well. Age is a factor, I understand. That is why the process of recovery will take time.”
