‘Bharat’: Salman Khan heads to Punjab to complete the final schedule

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is one of the most successful actors going around. The ‘Universal Bhaijaan’ is known for his larger than life personality and his daredevilry. Now, to finish his upcoming film ‘Bharat’, Salman Khan has left for Punjab to complete the final schedule of the film.

In a video shared by the ‘Bharat’ producer Atul Agnihotri, Salman can be seen walking at the airport as he headed to Punjab to shoot for the final schedule of the movie. Salman was seen wearing a purple-hued tee and light denim.

‘Bharat’ has been shot in many places such as Malta, Abu Dhabi and Mumbai among others. The Ali Abbas Zafar’s film which is the official remake of a Korean movie called ‘Ode To My Father’ will reportedly feature Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in five different looks.

Talking about the Punjab schedule, director Ali Abbas Zafar told PinkVilla, “We will have lengthy sequences set against the backdrop of the partition and refugee camps from those traumatic times will be recreated in Punjab. We will also be shooting in Delhi inside many historical buildings. This part of the shoot unravels between the 1960s and the 90s period before the film moves into more contemporary times.”

‘Bharat’ also stars Tabu, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff and is being helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The film is scheduled to release on Eid in 2019.

Salman Khan has created a niche for himself in the industry and his rate of success and giving hits at the box office has been nothing short of extraordinary. And we are expecting a lot from ‘Bharat’ as well.
