Salman Khan on film with Deepika Padukone: Even I’m wondering when will I work with her

Salman Khan is one of the biggest stars of Bollywood and has a massive fan following across the globe. He is also one of the most sought after actor as whenever a Salman Khan film is announced A-list heroines line up to bag the role opposite the Dabangg Khan. Katrina Kaif, Jacqueline Fernandez and many more each one has worked with Salman except one name that is of Deepika Padukone. The ‘Padmaavat’ star has not worked with the Sultan of Bollywood till date.

In a recent interview with DNA, when Salman was asked when he would be sharing screen space with the reigning queen of Bollywood he smiled and said that “Actually even I’m wondering when will I work with Deepika?”

Salman Khan further added, “No one has come forward to cast me with her. Deepika is a big star, so it has to be worth her while to do a film with me. Right now, there is nothing.”

Salman Khan listed his upcoming releases and said, “In ‘Bharat’, Katrina Kaif is my heroine. She will also be my leading lady in the third part of the Tiger series. In ‘Dabangg 3’, there’s Sonakshi Sinha. In Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Kick 2’, I’m paired with Jacqueline Fernandez. So, if something comes up with Deepika, then perhaps…”

On the work front, Salman Khan is gearing for the release of ‘Bharat’ that is helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and is slated to release on EID 2019. He also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Inshallah’ co-starring Alia Bhatt in his kitty.
