Sanjay Mishra Buys Luxurious Sea-View Apartment Worth Rs 4.75 Cr In Mumbai’s Madh Island

Veteran Bollywood actor Sanjay Mishra has made a big real estate move by purchasing a luxurious sea-facing apartment in Mumbai. The apartment is located in the upscale Raheja Exotica Cyprus tower in Madh Island and reportedly cost him Rs 4.75 crore.

As per property documents accessed by Zapkey, the apartment is on the 15th floor and comes with a RERA carpet area of 1,701 sq ft, along with a 201 sq ft deck. This brings the total usable space to over 1,900 sq ft. Mishra paid Rs 28.5 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration charges. The property deal was officially registered on July 11, 2025.

Interestingly, Mishra’s new neighbour is popular playback singer Jubin Nautiyal, who purchased a four-bedroom apartment in the same building for Rs 4.94 crore in December 2024.

Madh Island has become a popular residential area for Bollywood stars. Celebrities like Vikrant Massey, Archana Puran Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi also own homes in the area. Stars like Kartik Aaryan, Ronit Roy, Vivek Agnihotri, and Ayushmann Khurrana have properties nearby in Versova.

On the work front, Sanjay Mishra was recently seen in Heer Express, a feel-good film starring new actors Divita Juneja and Prit Kamani. The movie offers a mix of laughter, emotions, and beautiful visuals, having been shot across scenic locations in the UK.

Heer Express is presented by Tulip Entertainment in association with Merry Go Round Studios and Creative Strokes Group. Directed by Umesh Shukla, the film was released in theatres on September 12, 2025. Mishra’s performance in the film, along with his latest real estate purchase, shows he continues to stay active both on-screen and off.
