Sara Ali Khan pens thank you note for Karan Johar for THIS reason

Karan Johar on Koffee With Karan season 7 had revealed that Sara Ali Khan will soon be working in his film. On Tueday Varun Dhawan confirmed the news on Instagram. He mentioned that the Atrangi Re star will play a brave freedom fighter in Amazon Prime movie Ae Watan Mere Watan being produced by Karan.

Now Sara Ali Khan has penned a Thank You note for the Dharma Productions head and wrote, “AFTER ALL THE MAGNANIMITY, FRIENDSHIP, ADVICE, GENEROSITY, AND LOCE-FINALLY WORKING WITH YOU @KARANJOHAR CAN’T EXPRESS HOW BLESSED I FEEL.”

She also shared the announcement made by Varun Dhawan on her Instagram handle amd wrote, “Enough said @varundvn ?? Dropping my look from the film soon, stay tuned darshako! ⏰ #AeWatanOnPrime, coming soon…only on @primevideoin”

In the promo video, Varun Dhawan is heard saying that the ‘lovely, beautiful’ Sara Ali Khan will be leading the film. He then switches the style to the actress’ famous poetry style, beginning with ‘Namaste Darshakon’.

The actress will play a brave freedom fighter in Ae Watan Mere Watan. The film is being produced by Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta, with Somen Mishra serving as the co-producer. It is being directed by Kannan Iyer and will premiere on Amazon Prime.

On the work front, the Kedarnath star also has Laxman Utekar’s next with Vicky Kaushal. She also has ‘Gaslight’ with Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh. Sara’s look Ae Watan is expected to be out soon.
