INOX leisure, a leading multiplex chain, has taken up an initiative to raise awareness on discrimination, social injustice and violence on women and eminent film and television personalities like Priyanka Chopra, Shabana Azmi, Rituparna Sengupta and more have decided to join lend their support for this cause. Six short films that touch upon such issues will be screened across the country, at INOX properties.

The six films, each lasting 40 seconds, will feature Shabana Azmi, Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut, Dia Mirza, Shriya Saran and Rituparna Sengupta talking about rape, sexual harassment, dowry, child marriage, domestic violence and more. Starting this Independence Day, the screenings will continue for a month.
