The first look poster and the film’s title were revealed on Arjun’s birthday, Wednesday, April 8. Taking to his X account, SRK shared his enthusiasm for Raaka.

In the poster, Arjun is covering his face with his clawed hand and gazing into the camera. He sports kohl-lined eyes, a receding hairline, and a thick, greying moustache and beard. Many internet users compared his look to Karthi’s character from Kaashmora.

Sharing his thoughts on his X account, Atlee described the film as more than just a project. He said, “Raaka isn’t just a film… it’s a part of me I’ve carried for years. For 18 years, I held on to one idea, never letting it fade.” He added, “It tested me, shaped me, and stayed with me through everything. And honestly… this is just the beginning.”

Atlee is directing Raaka and produced by Sun Pictures. The film also features Deepika Padukone in a leading role. 2027 is when the makers are aiming for a release.

Shah Rukh and Atlee’s collaboration on Jawan was a massive box office hit. Also, the film earned Shah Rukh his first National Award for Best Actor. Shah Rukh’s next project is King, co-starring Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone.
