Shah Rukh Khan reveals the strangest script ever pitched to him; Fans react to bizarre story with hilarious memes

We all are aware of Shah Rukh Khan‘s wit and charming personality. But recently we came to that know his tolerance level is great too and we are currently in awe of this one quality of the superstar. Well, we happen to come across how Shah Rukh was once offered a film with a storyline so bizarre that it might have damaged some of his grey cells.

Film critic Anupama Chopra occasionally shares some interesting stories from the film industry on her Instagram handle. So about a decade ago, when Anupama was writing a book on Shah Rukh, they spent a lot of time talking on various subjects. And it was then when the actor shared the story of a horrid film that was offered to him.

Recalling the story, the veteran journalist shared, “He (SRK) said that a bearded, arty type director came to him and pitched him a story in which he plays a character who cannot marry the woman he loves. So in the gham (sadness) of that he becomes a gangster. And she marries a cop who at some point is now chasing the gangster. I don’t know if he knows he is chasing his wife’s ex-boyfriend but who knows.”

She further added, “Then the cop shoots the gangster. Alright? Somehow the wounded gangster makes his way to a train in which that girl is sitting, the one he loved. Okay. Here’s is where it gets really strange. He’s lying there wounded and he cannot find water. He’s really thirsty and he needs water. The girl is pregnant but there is no water. And therefore the only way to stop Shah Rukh from dying–and I don’t know again how this works biologically it’s impossible–but she breastfeeds him. And here I quote Shah Rukh exactly and Shah Rukh is quoting the director: ‘And at that point, the relationship between them becomes like brother and sister’. Shah Rukh said that when he told the director that this is a very odd scene, he got really upset. He said, ‘What a dirty mind you have’.”

Now, this particular story is definitely gross and obviously the actor’s fans were shocked to death. So in order to express their displeasure, they came up with some of the most hilarious reaction.
