On Shatrughan Sinha’s birthday, Sonakshi shares a lovely family pic; veteran actor reveals why he canceled the celebration

Veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha is celebrating his 75th birthday today. On the occasion of her father’s birthday, Sonakshi Sinha took to her social media handles and shared a lovely family picture.

Whereas the veteran actor shared with his fans and followers the reason why he isn’t celebrating his birthday this year.

Wishing her father on his birthday, ‘Dabangg’ actress Sonakshi Sinha took to her Instagram handle and shared a family portrait. Alongside the picture, Sonakshi wrote, “Happy Birthdayyyy Papa! ❤️”

In the family picture, veteran actor Shatrughan is seen flanked by his wife Poonam, daughter Sonakshi and sons Luv-Kush.

Commenting on Sonakshi’s post, actress Huma Qureshi wished the veteran actor. “Happy bday to the one and only rockstar, ❤” Huma wrote. Similarly several other celebs like Maniesh Paul, Saqib Saleem commented on Sonakshi’s post.

Shatrughan shared a similar picture on his social media handle and thanked all his well-wishers. He cited  Covid-19 pandemic and the ongoing farmers’ protest as the reason why he isn’t celebrating his birthday this year.

“We are not celebrating keeping in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic is not over and in support of our farmers justified and most deserving demands. I thank all of you who have wished me on this special day,” tweeted the veteran actor.

We wish the legendary actor a very happy birthday.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sonakshi was last seen in ‘Dabangg 3’ opposite Salman Khan. She will be next seen in ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’.
