Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer horror-comedy finally gets a title

Recently, it was announced that Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao are all set to team up for a horror-comedy. A couple of days ago, while they were doing the readings for the film, Shraddha had posted a tweet asking about what’s the title.

Finally the title has been revealed. The horror-comedy has been titled as ‘Stree’ and the shooting of the film kickstarted today. Shraddha tweeted, “Andddd we have a title!

The title indeed is an interesting one. For those who don’t know, stree is the Hindi word for a female. All the more intriguing. Does that mean Shraddha would be a ghost? We’ll see.

This will be for the first time when we will get to see Shraddha and Rajkummar on the big screen together.
