Shreya Ghoshal Splurges Nearly Rs 21 Cr On Luxury Apartment In Mumbai; Property Deets Inside

Singer Shreya Ghoshal – who is known for songs like Bairi Piya and Dola Re Dola from Devdas, Yeh Ishq Hai from Jab We Met (2007), Deewani Mastani from Bajirao Mastani, Ghoomar from Padmaavat and more, is now the owner of a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz area. Shreya Ghoshal Buys Luxury Apartment In Mumbai For Rs 20.88 Cr

As per documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Shreya Ghoshal has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz West along with Sarmistha Ghoshal and Bishwajit Ghoshal. The latest property is reportedly located in Vaayu building on Sarojini Road. The apartment – which sits on a higher floor, spans 2,601 sq ft and comes with a 299 sq ft balcony. It comes with three parking spaces.

The cost of the home – with a total usable space to approximately 2,900 sq ft, is believed to be Rs 20.88 crore. As per the report, the deal was registered on April 24, 2026. The stamp duty payment for the flat amounted to Rs 1.25 crore.

As per the portal, “The project is a redevelopment of the erstwhile Sukhada building. It is being constructed as a modern residential project in one of Mumbai’s well-established suburban neighbourhoods.”

This is Shreya’s third real estate purchase in the last three months. As per the report, the singer had earlier bought two luxury apartments in Worli. These purchases cost her around Rs 60 crore. The two apartments are located in Godrej Trilogy, a project being developed by Godrej Properties
