Box Office Report: Ranveer Singh’s ‘Simmba’ is now part of this elusive club

Ranveer Singh is going through a smashing phase in his career. The 33-year-old actor’s ‘Simmba’ is roaring and now has touched the coveted milestone of entering the Rs.200 crore. The film has achieved this feat in just 12 days after its release and it is an astounding achievement.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account and shared the news.

‘Simmba’ is an out and out massy entertainer and Ranveer Singh is totally in his element. The Rohit Shetty directorial has given its take on how to deal with women’s safety and has enthralled the audience.

‘Simmba’ also stars Sara Ali Khan and Sonu Sood in lead roles. The film also has a special cameo from Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar. With ‘Simmba’s superlative success, Rohit Shetty has become the first Bollywood director to have eight films in over Rs 100 crore club.

Now, Ranveer and Sara starrer could even enter Rs 300 crore club and join the likes of Aamir Khan and Salman Khan in that super exclusive club. Ranveer Singh has reached this level due to sheer hard work and by slogging it out. Going by the way the film is minting money at the box office. looks like very soon it will indeed become the part of 300 crore club as well.
