Sunny Deol Shares Excitement On Teaming Up With Ranbir Kapoor In Ramayana; Says, “He Always Commits To…”

Veteran actor Sunny Deol has confirmed that he will play Lord Hanuman in Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited film Ramayana. The Gadar 2 star shared his excitement about taking on this iconic mythological role. Ranbir Kapoor will play Lord Rama in the film.

Sunny Deol On His Character Hanuman 

Talking about the role to Zoom, Sunny said, “Definitely, I’m playing the role and it will be exciting and fun. I’m going to be shooting very shortly.”

He also praised the film’s cast, saying, “I think it’s going to be great and beautiful. As a matter of fact, after this, I’m going to go and watch a little bit of what they’ve done.”

Sunny admitted he feels both excited and nervous about playing such a respected character. “Nervousness and fear are always there, but that’s the beauty of it,” he said, adding that he sees this as a very special opportunity.

He also shared his experience working alongside Ranbir Kapoor and said, “I think it’s going to be great because he’s such a fine actor. He always commits fully to any project he takes up.”
