It came as a delightful surprise to one and all, when Sunny Leone and Daniel Weber, announced the entry of a new member to their family. The couple has adopted a baby girl and have named her Nisha. The little one has now become a center of attention and Sunny has all eyes and ears for her. She is a very hands-on mother, she had recently revealed. “I am on Nisha schedule now and we have brilliantly scheduled everything around her schedule so that Daniel and I don’t miss time with her. Either I am home or Daniel or both of us. We are very hands-on parents and love taking care of her,” the actress had quipped. But unfortunately, baby Nisha is being dragged into a controversy.

As per reports, The Star Child Protection Committee (SCPC) is planning to take action against CARA, Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) for violating Juvenile Justice Act. In the bid to praise the couple for adopting a baby girl, not giving a damn to her skin tone, has sparked this controversy. (Also Read: Sunny Leone reacts to the protest against her condom ad)

Praising the couple, Child Adoption Resource Agency (CARA) CEO Lt Col Deepak Kumar had earlier quoted, “Without looking at colour, background and health status, Sunny Leone happily took the child in adoption. We respect that they didn’t try to bend the rules and stood in the queue like all the other parents.”

Now, a former member of State Child Protection Committee has sought an inquiry report from Central Women and Child Development Secretary. Let’s wait for an update on the same.
