Sushmita Sen wishes daughter Alisah with a special video on her 12th birthday; calls her ‘most precious gift’

Today, August 28, marks the 12th birthday of Sushmita Sen’s daughter Alisah. The actress turned to her Instagram to send a birthday message for her that was wrapped in love. Sushmita sent a touching letter for Alisah and named her the love of her life after sharing a video montage of her lovely family memories. Sushmita Sen is the proud mother of two children, Renee and Alisah. On Alisah’s birthday, the former Miss Universe released a video with photos of her daughter from when she was a newborn to now.

There are also numerous family photographs, vacation and celebration photos in the video. Rohman Shawl, Sushmita’s boyfriend, also appears in a number of snaps. Sushmita wrote, “Happpyyyyy 12th Birthday Alisah To God’s most precious gift & the love of my life Happpyyyy Birthday my Shona Maa!! Thank you for being born you make this world a beautiful place adding to each passing moment more goodness, kindness & love!!! I am soooooo proud of you!!! Congratulations @reneesen47 you are 12 years old as didi….what a magical journey (sic).”

Renee was adopted by Sushmita Sen when she was a young baby girl. Since then, the actress has raised Renee as a single mother. Alisah, her second daughter, was adopted in 2010. Renee made her acting debut in 2020 with Suttabaazi, a short film.

On the work front, Sushmita Sen will be seen next in the second season of Aarya.
