Tamannaah Bhatia Reveals The TRUTH About ‘Dating’ Virat Kohli, Abdul Razzaq; States, “Jisko Jaisa Sochna Hai…”

Tamannaah Bhatia needs no introduction. She’s currently one of the most recognisable faces pan-Indian, thanks to films and shows such as Baahubali, Baahubali 2, Jailer, Aranmanai 4 and many more. However, the actress hasn’t made the headlines only for her professional life. Over the years, as the actress began to gain fame, reports of her dating, marrying or being romantically involved with people she met also made the headlines. During a recent interaction, the actress cleared the air about some of these rumours, including those of her dating the cricketing icons Virat Kohli and Abdul Razzaq. Read on to know all she said.

Tamannaah Bhatia On Dating Virat Kohli, Abdul Razzaqher

While chatting with The Lallantop, Tamannaah Bhatia opened up about the reports implying she was romantically involved with the likes of Virat Kohli and Abdul Razzaqher. Talking about her alleged relationship with Kohli, the actress set the record straight, stating, “I feel so bad because I literally met him for only one day. I have never met Virat after the shoot. Na maine unse baat ki, na unse mili hoon.” For the unversed, a picture of Tamannaah and Virat from a commercial shoot had gone viral in the early 2010s. This image sparked relentless rumours and reports that the two were dating.

Tamannaah: “Mazaak mazaak mein Abdul Razzaq!”

Aside from Virat Kohli, Tamannaah Bhatia was also linked to former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq. The reports suggested that the two weren’t dating but were secretly married to each other. This internet-fuelled rumour began after the duo were spotted at a jewellery store together. Addressing this linkup speculation, the actress said, “Mazaak mazaak mein Abdul Razzaq! The internet is a fun place.”

She further added, “Yaa, according to the internet, I was briefly married to Abdul Razzaq.” Turning to the camera with folded hands, the actress playfully said, “I’m sorry sir, aapke do-teen bachhe hain… I don’t know what your life is!” Calling it “so embarrassing,” Tamannaah clarified that the viral photo was from the opening of a jewellery store that they had both attended. It was completely coincidental.

Reflecting on the media’s tendency to link her with people she’s seen out and about with and has no real connection with, Tamannaah said, “It’s very awkward. Jab koi bhi taalluq nahi hota hai aur log bana dete hain. But there is nothing you can do. Waqt lagta hai, you come to accept that aap iske baare mein kuch kar nahi sakte. Jisko jaisa sochna hai, wo waisa hi sochega. Aap sabko baith ke control nahi kar sakte.”

Tamannaah’s Upcoming Projects

Last seen in the Raid 2 song Nasha and the Telugu film Odela 2, Tamannaah Bhatia has a busy 2026. As of now, the actress has 3 Hindi films scheduled to release next year – Ranger. It is an untitled film with Rohit Shetty and Vvan: Force of the Forrest.
