The highly anticipated teaser of the horror comedy Thamma, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, has finally been unveiled. The film promises a love story unlike any other. It begins with a romantic scene between the lead pair, immediately shifting gears to hint at a horror twist that has captivated viewers.
Thamma Teaser Out
The Thamma teaser opens with glimpses of Ayushmann and Rashmika’s chemistry, portraying them as lovers destined to be together. The visuals set the tone for what seems to be a heartfelt tale of passion. However, the entry of Nawazuddin Siddiqui changes everything. The video promises to keep audiences hooked till the very end.
Who’s Playing What In Thamma?
Ayushmann Khurrana portrays Alok, whose character is described as “Insaaniyat ki aakhri umeed” (the last ray of hope). The true nature of his role remains a mystery. Rashmika Mandanna plays Tadaka, characterised as “Roshni ki ek hi pehli kiran” (the very first ray of light). Her role is expected to be the spark of hope in a universe poised to explore both love and chaos.
On the darker side, Nawazuddin Siddiqui transforms into Yakshasan, known as the “Andhere ka Badshah” (King of Darkness). True to his reputation, Nawazuddin is anticipated to bring intensity and depth to a menacing character that embodies the darker shades of the story. Veteran actor Paresh Rawal takes on the role of Mr. Ram Bajaj Goyal, described as “jo humesha comedy mein tragedy dhoondhte hain” (who always finds tragedy in comedy). His presence promises to add layers of humour amidst the intense and bloody saga.
