BMC demolished Arjun Kapoor's terrace gym

Actor Arjun Kapoor’s illegal construction in his apartment has been demolished by the BMC. The actor who had a makeshift terrace gym in his Juhu house had received a notice by the BMC last week. They finally took action yesterday evening and demolished the structure.

According to reports, there wasn’t any complaint made by the residents of Raheja Orchid, but by an activist who wasn’t a resident of the building. The actor had met with a notice in March too, following which the BMC issued a notice in December 2016.

Assistant Municipal Commissioner of K West Ward Parag Masurkar said, “We demolished the illegal structure on the terrace around 6pm on Monday and the terrace is now open.” The demolition was carried out in four days.

Actor Arjun Kapoor who is a fitness freak will now have to find another place to work out. On the work front, the actor will next be seen in Anees Bazmee’s ‘Mubarakan’ in a double role.
