‘The Zoya Factor’: Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan starrer gets a release date

After basking in the success of her last film ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’, Sonam Kapoor is now gearing up for her next release titled ‘The Zoya Factor’ that also has South superstar Dulquer Salmaan. The movie has got a release date. It will be releasing on June 14 this year.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to announce the news. Produced by Fox Star Studios and Adlabs Films, the movie is directed by Abhishek Sharma. Here’s Taran’s tweet.

‘The Zoya Factor’ is the adaptation of the book by the same name written by Anuja Chauhan. This is Dulquer’s second Bollywood movie after ‘Karwaan’. As per reports, the movie also stars Angad Bedi and Sanjay Kapoor. It is a romantic flick where Sonam plays an advertising agency executive while Dulquer Salmaan plays the captain of the Indian cricket team.

As per a report in CineBlitz, Anil Kapoor is also a part of the movie. The report stated, “Anil sir is also a part of the movie. Though it is a small part, it is quite a significant role. He comes in during a crucial point in the film. They have already shot for it and we are sure you will enjoy it thoroughly.”

Well, if this news happens to be true, it would be great to see the father-daughter duo on-screen yet again.
