Tiger Shroff, Janhvi Kapoor To Play Leads In Dharma Productions’ Lag Jaa Gale Directed By Raj Mehta? Here’s What We Know

After entertaining us with 2019 hit comedy Good Newwz and the 2022 family comedy-drama Jug Jugg Jeeyo, director Raj Mehta is now all set to deliver an action-packed revenge drama. And as per reports pouring in, it will feature a never seen before pairing. You read that right! As per reports, this film will star Tiger Shroff and Janhvi Kapoor together for the first time. The film will be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions

Tiger Shroff, Janhvi Kapoor To Star In Lag Jaa Gale?

Talking about the film and its casting, a source in the know revealed, “Raj Mehta’s next is a revenge action love story to be led by Tiger Shroff and Janhvi Kapoor. It’s a script he has been working on for a while, and wanted to have a first-time pairing on board. He narrated it to Tiger and Janhvi, and both the talents instantly agreed to come on board the film.”

Talking about the film’s title, they added, “The team was contemplating on several titles, and felt that Lag Jaa Gale is the apt one for the story. It’s a pure revenge actioner with a strong love-story in the backdrop.”

The source added that the film is expected to go on floors towards the end of 2025. They signed off by stating, “It’s a big screen actioner, and the makers are planning to shoot for some path-breaking sequences in action ft Tiger Shroff.” Directed by Raj Mehta, Lag Jaa Gale is slated to hit theatres in the second half of 2026.
