Tiger Shroff is one of the most well-known stars in Bollywood when it comes to action. Tiger – who has featured in several action-packed entertainers like the Baaghi franchise, Heropanti and War, will soon be seen on the big screen in Ali Abbas Zafar-directed Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. While the excitement for the Akshay Kumar co-starrer is high, we’ve come across an update about another one of his films, Rambo.

As per a new report, the official Hindi remake of Sylvester Stallone’s 1982 actioner First Blood (the first instalment of the action-packed franchise)will be facing another delay. The report also noted that the fate of the actioner – which has been in the making for nearly 7 years now, will be dependent on Tiger’s next release, BMCM.

As per a recent Bollywood Hungama report, Tiger Shroff starrer Rambo has been postponed once more. A source told the portal, “Rohit Dhawan and Siddharth Anand were looking to take Rambo on floors from April 2024, however, the same has been delayed due to budget issues. While the film budget is around Rs. 150 crores, the studio partner, Jio Studios, has conveyed their decision to await the release of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, before proceeding with Rambo.”

As per the report, the budget of Rambo will be reworked after seeing the outcome of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.“BMCM is an important film for everyone and it will decide the future course of action for the stakeholders. At the moment, the future of Rambo depends on BMCM. The earliest it can begin now is July 2024,” added the insider.

On May 20, 2017, Tiger Shroff shared the first look poster of the film on Instagram. He captioned it, “‪Grew up on this character, humbled and blessed to step into his shoes years later. #RamboRemake”

The Indian version of Rambo will be an official remake of Sylvester Stallone’s 1982 actioner, First Blood. Rohit Dhawan will direct this much-anticipated film, while Siddharth Anand and Jio Studios will serve as its producers.
