Twinkle Khanna is very straightforward. She is always active on social media and whenever she finds anything wrong, she tweets about it. Currently, Twinkle is facing a problem related to a credit card. She took to her Twitter handle to bring the issue to notice to the bank i.e ICICI.

Twinkle got a message from the bank on her phone that read: “Delivered: Credit Card-Renewal for Acct- is delivered by Blue Dart Courier on 02-May-20 & received by KK Cheriyan at 13:30. If not received, pls call Customer Care.”

Sharing the screenshot of the message, Twinkle tweeted, “Could you please help.I have not asked for this credit card and nor do I know this K Cheriyan who has received it.I have written to your customer care multiple times but have not received a reply

Could you please look into it. Thank you.”.

Later, a Twitter user replied saying that she and Mr K might have almost the same phone numbers and there might be typo error, to which Twinkle replied that she have got emails stating the same information.

Well, we hope ICICI bank’s customer care service looks into the matter seriously and Twinkle gets through it as soon as possible.
