Two fractures, one surgery; Rajkummar on ‘breaking a leg’ on Farah’s show

Quite a few celebs have made an appearance on Farah Khan’s ‘Lip Sing Battle’ to break a leg and have fun, but we must say that amongst all, Rajkummar Rao is the one to have literally broken a leg. Apparently he took ‘break a leg’ pharse way too seriously and ended up fracturing his leg.

Talking to IANS, Rao revealed how he got his leg fractured. He said, “Well, I was trying some stunts yesterday (Sunday) at Farah Khan’s show and there were a lot of stunts involved in my act that I was trying. I landed badly on the floor.”

Rajkummar Rao would be next seen in ‘Fanney Khan’ along with Aishwarya Rai and Anil Kapoor. The shooting of the film has already begun, but we are sure this sudden injury would hamper his schedule. (Also Read: How Rajkummar Rao did 18 retakes for one scene and accidentally ended up kissing!)

Farah had recently shared a picture of Rajkummar Rao from the hospital room wherein we could see his fracture leg. She had captioned the tweet as, “This is not what I meant whn I said “ break a leg!!” @RajkummarRao most cheerful patient after a fracture ?#LipSingBattle ka 1st casualty.” [sic]

Following this, the star revealed it on his Instagram account that he has suffered two fractures and has undergone a surgery too.

Apart from that he has ‘Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana’ slated to release. He would be seen romancing Kriti Kharbanda in this one.
