The makers of ‘Made In China’ have unveiled another new song titled ‘Valam’. The song portrays the delicate love between a newly married couple. The song is very subtle, yet very impactful. The word Valam means beloved. The soulful lyrics are written by Priya Saraiya and composed by Sachin-Jigar. It is crooned by Arijit Singh , Priya Saraiya, Sachin-Jigar. The song showcases the subtle moments of the newlyweds (Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy) and how they look for chances to make each other happy.  The self-doubt of being with each other to the reaffirmation of love, everything is portrayed in a very beautiful manner.

Talking about the new song, Rajkummar told Times of India, “Valam is a departure from the rest of the songs and adds soul to the album. While Raghu is busy chasing his dreams, it’s his wife Rukmini (Mouni) who is the wind beneath his wings, encouraging him every step of the way. And that’s what this song personifies — the meaning of true love and honest relationships. We had a blast shooting for all the songs, but filming this one was a relaxed and effortless experience. It was driven by the idea of building and celebrating a connection.

‘Made in China’ will release on October 25 this year and it will clash with Akshay Kumar’s ‘Housefull 4’ and Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar’s ‘Saand Ki Aankh’.
