Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Piku’ enters 100 crore club

Bollywood films starring the superstars, making to the 100 crore club is not a big deal. However ‘Piku’ that has Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone in the main roles has achieved the unthinkable target of Rs.100 crore, that too without the support of any superstar. The Shoojit Sircar film Piku, has generated a total revenue of Rs.107 crore.

Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone family drama Piku has collected the third highest revenue in the country Rs.80 crore after ‘Baby’ (Rs.95.5 crore) and ‘Gabbar is back’ (Rs.80.25 crore). Taran Adarsh had tweeted,

Later Taran added that Piku has entered the 100 crore club.
