Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Sanju’, based on the life of Sanjay Dutt, has turned out to be a blockbuster. With entering the 500cr club at the worldwide Box Office, Rajkumar Hirani’s project achieved a milestone. Post nailing at the worldwide BO, Sanjay Dutt’s biopic has now made a dhamakedar entry into the 300cr club in the domestic market.

Trade Analyst, Taran Adarsh confirmed the same on his Twitter handle. Calling it an all time blockbuster, he wrote, “Non-holiday… Non-festival release… #Sanju crosses ₹ 300 cr mark… Now eyeing the *lifetime biz* of #BajrangiBhaijaan, #TigerZindaHai and #PK… Nett BOC… India biz… ALL-TIME BLOCKBUSTER.”

With cashing in 300crores, Ranbir Kapoor’s film has now joined the league of ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Sultan’, ‘Barjrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘PK’, ‘Dangal’, and Tiger Zinda Hai’. Besides, that ‘Sanju’ is now ready to shatter the lifetime collections of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, ‘PK’ and ‘Sultan’.

‘Sanju’, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, released on June 29. Apart from Ranbir, the film featured Dia Mirza, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Vicky Kaushal, television actress Karishma Tanna, Jim Sarbh, Boman Irani and Manisha Koirala. A sensuous track from the film, titled ‘Mujhe Chaand Pe Le Chalo’, was out yesterday.
