As per the latest box office report, the film closed its first weekend at a strong Rs 58.60 crore worldwide GBOC. This includes an impressive Rs 45.34 crore domestic GBOC (Rs 38.43 crore Net) and a solid Rs 13.26 crore GBOC from overseas.

In India, the film showcased a sharp upward trajectory across the opening weekend, collecting Rs 9.45 crore on Day 1, Rs 13.77 crore on Day 2, and a strong Rs 15.21 crore on Day 3, reflecting excellent word of mouth and growing family footfall.

With no offers, no holidays, and no external boosts, the film’s impressive performance is driven purely by audience love, positive chatter, and its crowd-pleasing blend of humour, emotion, and chemistry. Sunday saw packed auditoriums across metros and tier-2 cities, signalling strong family turnout and sustained demand. With audience retention continuing to remain strong, De De Pyaar De 2 now shows highly promising scope for Day 4, with a steady Monday expected to further cement its box-office hold.
