The Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta starrer saw a growth of around 50% in the collections. The movie made a decent collection on the first Saturday at the box office. The Rashmika Mandanna starrer collected around 1.35 crore nett on the second day, showing massive growth. Although the rise in collections is not enough for the film, the Box Office India report said that is good. In total, Goodbye has made a collection of over 2 crore nett in two days of its release.

According to the report, “Goodbye collected around 1.35 crore nett on its second showing growth of around 50%. The growth is not enough for the film and this is when Saturday looked good for the box office with some huge growth for holdover films like Ponniyan Selvan Part 1 and Brahmastra which roughly doubled their Friday collections.

Here are the box office collections of Goodbye below:

Day 1 – Friday – 90,00,000 apprx

Day 2 – Saturday – 1,35,00,000 apprx

TOTAL – 2,25,00,000 apprx

As per the report, “Nothing much was expected from Goodbye and the box office performance reflects that and Sunday is unlikely to help as the key day for these type of films is Saturday and 50% growth is just not good enough.”

Meanwhile, the film is directed by Vikas Bahl and also stars Pavail Gulati, Sahil Mehta, Sunil Grover, Nilu Kohli amongst others.
