According to Sacnilk, Kantara Chapter 1 earned Rs 30.50 crore on its fifth day, bringing its total net collection in India to Rs 255.75 crore. With its ambitious visuals and expanded scope, Rishab Shetty answered lingering questions from the first instalment, further enriching the story and captivating viewers.

Bankrolled by Vijay Kiragandur and Chaluve Gowda under the banner of Hombale Films, Kantara: Chapter 1 is directed by Rishab Shetty.
