Raid 2 Box Office Day 6: Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh’s Starrer Holds Strong; Mints Over Rs 7 Cr On First Tuesday

The Raid 2 fever is gripping the nation! The Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh-led crime thriller – directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, has been performing exceptionally well at the box office and is now among the Top 5 grossing film of 2025.

The sequel – which is set 7 years after the events of the first, has managed to stay strong on Day 6. The film amassed a collection of Rs 7.45 crore on it’s first Tuesday, making its total earnings amount to Rs 88.75 crore. If the film continues to impress like this, it’s likely to cross the Rs 100 crore mark during the upcoming weekend. .

About The Film

Riad 2 is based on the income-tax raid conducted by the officers of Income Tax Department who work with intelligence agencies to track white-collar crimes. Alongside Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, the film also starred Vaani Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla, Supriya Pathak and Amit Sial in pivotal roles.

Giving the film a 3-star rating, Bollywood Bubble wrote in its review, “Raid 2 doesn’t quite capture the raw intensity of the first film but still manages to deliver a watchable political thriller anchored by a solid lead performance and a decent twist.’
