Dhurandhar Box Office Day 22: Ranveer Singh’s Spy Action Thriller Strong Week 4 Opening With Rs 16.70 Cr; Film Joins Rs 1,000 Cr Club

Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, has created box office history by crossing the Rs 1,000 crore mark worldwide. The film achieved this massive milestone as it entered its fourth week in theatres, proving its strong hold at the box office. Released on December 5, Dhurandhar has emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters of Indian cinema.

The film has continued its impressive run even in week four. According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Dhurandhar earned around Rs 16.70 crore net in India on Day 22. This is considered a solid start for a film in its fourth weekend. In its opening week, the film collected approximately Rs 207.25 crore, followed by Rs 253.25 crore in week two. Week three added another Rs 173 crore to its total. With these numbers, the film’s India net collection now stands at around Rs 685.50 crore.

The film has also performed exceptionally well overseas. Reports suggest that its international collection has crossed Rs 200 crore, reaching nearly Rs 225 crore. This overseas success helped push the film past the Rs 1,000 crore mark worldwide, taking its total global collection to about Rs 1006.7 crore.

Dhurandhar achieved this feat in just 22 days, making it the second fastest Bollywood film to enter the Rs 1,000 crore club. Despite receiving an ‘A’ certificate, the film has broken records, becoming the first release of 2025 and only the ninth Indian film to reach this milestone.

Written, directed, and co-produced by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar is backed by Jio Studios and B62 Studios. The film features an ensemble cast including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi.

The sequel, Dhurandhar 2, is scheduled to release on March 19, 2026, during Eid. The story will continue the journey of an Indian spy infiltrating a Baloch gang in Pakistan and will also release in all South Indian languages.
