Sitaare Zameen Par Box Office Collection Day 2: Aamir Khan, Genelia Deshmukh’s Sports Comedy Film Doubles Day 1 Collection; Mints Rs 32 Cr

Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh’s film Sitaare Zameen Par released in theatres on Friday and is doing well at the box office. The movie directed by RS Prasanna earned over Rs 32 crore in India in just two days.

According to the trade website Sacnilk, the film did better on Saturday than it did on Friday. On Friday, it earned Rs 10.7 crore. On Saturday, the film made around Rs 21.5 crore, taking the total to Rs 32.2 crore in just two days.

The movie has received good reviews, which might help it earn even more on Sunday. Many are now waiting to see the film’s total earnings by the end of its first weekend. For comparison, Aamir Khan’s last film, Laal Singh Chaddha, made Rs 18.96 crore in its first two days. Akshay Kumar’s Sky Force earned Rs 34.25 crore, while Kesari Chapter 2 collected Rs 17.5 crore at the same time.
