Sitaare Zameen Par Box Office Day 4: Aamir Khan, Genelia Deshmukh’s Film Crosses Rs 60 Cr Mark On Its 1st Monday

Actor Aamir Khan’s new movie Sitaare Zameen Par had a strong start at the box office, helped by good reviews and word-of-mouth. Over the weekend, the film did very well, especially on Sunday, when it earned Rs 27.25 crore, its highest single-day collection so far.

However, like many films, it saw a drop in earnings on Monday. The movie made Rs 8.50 crore on its first weekday, which was lower than expected and didn’t cross the Rs 10 crore mark. Still, the total collection for the first four days now stands at Rs 66.65 crore in India.

Sitaare Zameen Par is directed by RS Prasanna. It also stars Genelia Deshmukh, Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar.
