EXCLUSIVE: Amit Mishra Speaks In Support Of Neha Kakkar Post Breakdown During Melbourne Concert; Says, “Jis Level Ki Singing Woh Jagran Mein Kar Rahe The…”

Amit Mishra is a singer, songwriter, voice actor and live performer. He became more well known after the song Bulleya sung from the film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. For this rendition of the song, he won a Filmfare Award for new music talent, Screen Award for Best Male Playback and IIFA Award for Best Male Playback. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Amit Mishra extends his support to Neha Kakkar after her breakdown at the Melbourne Concert.

When asked how difficult it is for artists to deal with circumstances such as what Neha Kakkar did in her Melbourne concert, Amit Mishra said, “Neha Ji jis tarike ki singer hain, mujhe aisa nahi lagta ki she would ever be that late on stage without a reason. Woh forcibly kabhi late nahi hongi, especially considering where she has started from. Sabko shayad aaj pata nahi hai, par logon ne kaafi cheezein ignore bhi ki hain. Aaj auto-tune ka zamana hai, aur sab behti Ganga mein haath dho rahe hain.”

Continuing Mishra said, “Main un bhaiyon se bolna chaahunga, bhaiya, kabhi jaiye aur Jagran suniye. Jab aapka dil kare, toh wahan aapko Sonu, Neha jaise jo bachpan se ga rahe the, unka talent dikhai dega. Jis level ki singing woh Jagran mein kar rahe the aaj se 20 saal pehle, uss level ki singing sikhane ke liye shayad do janam lene padh jaate.Jis level ki gaayaki suni hui hai maine unki, woh Jagran ke through ek alag hi experience tha. Bahut different hote hain yeh events, aur humne bhi kaafi Jagran attend kiye hain. Pehli baar jab maine Jagran suna tha, tab hi mujhe samajh aaya ki yeh ek alag hi world hai.”

What Happened To Neha Kakkar?

Neha Kakkar faced backlash from the audience for arriving three hours late to a concert in Melbourne. After the audience had booed the singer and asked her to leave, she broke down on stage. Following the incident, Neha took to social media, accusing the organisers of mismanagement. Kakkar addressed the controversy over her delayed Melbourne concert, revealing that the organizers mistreated her band and disappeared without payment. She faced technical delays and was left stranded without basic necessities, but she still performed for her fans.
